Mdm. Zaz's Residential

Mdm Zaz really needed an Interior designer who can tie up all the ideas that she and her family has. Everyone in the household has their own style in design. Our job was to make sure that everything is perfect according to everyone’s own preferences.

For Mdm Zaz’s room, we needed to came out with something that has an English feeling to the room without neglecting the modern touch to it so that the space won’t feel cluttered. The major concern for this space was the storage as stated clearly by Mdm zaz since the very beginning. For her son’s room, he wants something that is masculine yet still has a soft touch to the space so it won’t feel too rigid. For her daughter, she wants her room to have a princess vibe to it and it’s our job to ensure that it blends with modern concept. Sounds like a lot of work doesn’t it? But worry not, the outcome was brilliant!

Every single detail plays a vital role to ensure the client”s vision to be achieved. The client really loved the English painting that we created to live up the space.

For Mdm Zaz’s room, damask pattern wallpaper in subtle color is used to give some impact to the overall ambient without overpowering other elements.

For the daughter’s room, we played with two tones of colour of baby blue wallpaper and soft pink bedsheets. We made a storage that is in a form of an arch to create a vibe of a princess environment to the client’s daughter. All these combination and design elements worked really well and she was so in love with her new bedroom.

As for his son’s room, we put a touch of a personal taste of his favourite hand painted character on his featured wall. This hand painting was made by our local artist and it really stands out and gives an utmost value rather than sticking a printed painting. Timber grain veneer is used for the wardrobe, usage of shades of dark brown and black on the bed sheets and pillows to give a masculine approach to the room.
