The modern tropical with a touch of resortic style of bungalow was the idea of Ditto that was based on the research that has been made on Datuk himself. With a very tropical kind of facade, timber folded door, stone elements and an open concept creating a windy ventilation that suits the existing environment as it is located near the beach. The home interior reflects the exterior by bringing the resortic concept by implementing the wooden panelling, timber drop ceiling and also the mix of selected marble and timber flooring without forgetting to bring the modern style as shown in the glass panelling and the colours chosen. These elements in general played a good role in bringing the warm, sophisticated yet homie kind of feeling to the house. If you are seeking gateway from those hectic and busy lifestyle of Kuala Lumpur, this definitely fulfilled the needs and standards, don’t you think?

Based on the client’s brief, we finally came out with the idea of proposing a resortic concept. The visual proposal made both sides agreed on the proposed concept and idea. We believed that we met the client’s requirement by showing them the perspectives.
